This page provides access to the VirtualAcorn unlock code process.
Before requesting your unlock code
Before you request an unlock code make sure that you have:
- Installed the product on your computer.
- Checked the Download page on the VirtualAcorn website to ensure that your copy is up to date.
- Run the product to generate the Product ID number and have this ready.
- Have your CD serial number (printed on the CD) to hand.

Once you have all the information ready please choose the appropriate option. If you don't choose the correct option you may not receive an unlock code.

If you have been using VirtualRPC on your machine and you suddenly find that it is asking to be registered again then please click this link:
I no longer have access to the computer that VRPC was installed on. For example because it has been stolen or the motherboard has failed
