On opening (loading) VRPC, the VRPC window is not in the middle of the screen as is expected. It just locates itself somewhere. This requires that you reposition the window to the correct location.
Suggest on loading VRPC a simple check is made using the Windows API function "SystemParametersInfo" to get the desktop size and coordinates and position the VRPC window in the middle irrespective of the screen display.
