I upgraded over the weekend, noticed a significant speed increase. However, the machine won't access my Canon MP830printer I use Uniprint 3.01 and this worked well with my virtualrpc adjust.
Any ideas, no error messages appear, just a pop to tell me that the printing job will be finished shortly.
I used the automated support assistant on this site and the solution was to check the show printers etc and a recommendation purchase uniprint - which I am using.

Most likely your copy of UniPrint is still looking for the VRPC printer output files in the old copy of VRPC, not the new one.
From Windows right click on UniPrint in the task tray and click on Properties. Now check the Paths options and make sure that UniPrint is set up for VirtualRPC-AdjustSA (Not VirtualRPC-Adjust). If that doesn't sort it then you will need to ask R-Comp as UniPrint is one iof their products.

Many thanks - the problem was to do with the PC Printing side, the new installation did not recognise the Printers in the control panel, I deleted these, reset the machine and reinstalled them and Uniprint now prints.
In addition whilst working on the RISCOS side and email arrived which promptly closed Strongarm and windows requested that I send an error report to Microsoft! This problem was cured by the speedy intervention ofAaron Timbrell who noticed that I had not ticked hardware scaling in the tools/option/display
No problems have occured since, faith in RISCOS technology has been restored and my thanks go to both Aaron and Andrew Rawnsley for their patience and most helpful advice
