I have a need to SHIFT-drag a file into ArtWorks (to place it consistently) and then to go to the next page (PageDn) [and then repeat many times]. But I want to do this with a single setting of the SHIFT key or my brain explodes.
Is there a utility that will allow an (arbitrary) key to be assigned the function of producing a 'PageDn' key press when it is pressed with the SHIFT key down? Then I can just sellotape the SHIFT key down and do drag, press key, drag, press key ... without having to synchronise my other hand in pressing and releasing the SHIFT key at the same time.
At present SHIFT-numeric-keypad-3 is allocated via 'Shift-Page Down' to an assignment for another function - "Scroll window down" (but I am not sure by what and whether a keyboard utility that did what I ask would also be so affected).
