The Technical Support Assistant (TSA) Version 2.0 for Windows is an automated problem solving system. It can diagnose and solve most of the problems that VirtualAcorn users are likely to encounter.

Using the TSA
It will only take a couple of minutes for the Technical Support Assistant to ask you some questions. All questions have a Yes or No answer. Read each question carefully and choose the appropriate reply. Once the problem has been diagnosed a solution will be presented. If the TSA is unable to diagnose the problem then you will be given the opportunity to contact VirtualAcorn Technical Support directly.
