Welcome to the VirtualAcorn Technical Support Assistant (Beta)
The Technical Support Assistant (TSA) is an automated problem solving system. It contains explanations and solutions for 95% of the known technical problems that users might encounter whilst using VirtualAcorn products. The TSA can often solve problems in a couple of minutes, which is far quicker than waiting for an e-mail response from VirtualAcorn Technical Support, especially if your query is out of normal office hours.

Using the TSA
The TSA will ask you a series of questions with either Yes or No answers. Read each question carefully and answer correctly based on the problem you are having. Once the problem has been diagnosed a solution will be presented. If the TSA is unable to diagnose the problem then you will be given the opportunity to contact VirtualAcorn Technical Support directly.

Please note that currently the TSA only supports Windows versions of VirtualAcorn products.
