If you have reached this page then your copy of VirtualRPC must be misbehaving and is suddenly asking to be unlocked, even though it has already been unlocked and used on this computer.
Sometimes this can be easy to resolve without requesting a new unlock code.
For Windows Users
If you are running Windows then open The VirtualAcorn Technical Support Assistant to see if this can provide a simple solution to the problem. This will be quicker than asking for a new unlock code.
If you are running Windows Vista then please ensure you have disabled User Account control. This article has more details.
If you are running Windows 7 then please ensure that the User Account control slider has been dragged to the Never Notify setting. This article has more details.
For Mac OS X Users
If you are running Mac Os X and have recently updated the system to Mac Os X 10.5 (or later) then you may be experiencing a bug in Mac OS X. Please apply for a new unlock code using the form below, once VirtualRPC has been re-unlocked the problem should not happen again.
