If you are running Windows Vista then please ensure you have disabled User Account control. This article has more details.

If you are running Windows 7 then please ensure that the User Account control slider has been dragged to the Never Notify setting. This article has more details.

If you have not yet asked for an unlock code from us or if VirtualRPC is asking to be registered on a machine it has already been working on then please return to the Main Registration Page and select the correct link.
